I am very proud to be Headteacher of Hodge Hill Primary School. We are a much-improved school who are continually evolving to achieve excellence. Excellence, not only in our academic outcomes, but excellence in all our learning, conduct and wider contribution to each other, our school, our Trust and wider community.

We recognise that to achieve excellence we cannot stand still. We recognise that we must continually reflect, review and improve. The emphasis on all that we do is to:

• raise standards through excellent teaching
• empower our pupils through high expectations and aspirations for them and by them
• produce inquisitive, independent and confident learners
• equality for all regardless of race, disability or gender
• raise the quality of the learning environment
• instil a sense of good citizenship in our pupils and staff as part of the local, Birmingham, National and International contexts
